A roar of applause to our fearless King parents and staff who are fielding the first King Lions soccer team ever representing our school at this annual tournament!
YES! King is fielding a team for the first game. The format will have King, Marshall High, Micheltorena and Citizen’s Of The World all bringing various numbers of parents and staff to play a 90 minute game at 10 am. There will be two teams picked, playground style, mixing players from all 4 schools.
At 12, NOON, kids are invited to play games on the field or stay for the Kids Extravaganza Dance Party.
At 1 pm, the very passionate and talented adult members of the Franklin Avenue and Ivanhoe Elementary school communities will come face-to-face in a fierce soccer match.
The games will be held at the Marshall High School field. There will be a post-game jubilation immediately after the last game, at St. Casimir Church across the street.
